At Vaunt Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
